After a while she was spotted by Ralph Lauren when she was featured in a magazine. A career on the other side of the camera started quickly; a model was born.

British & The Bahamas

India Hicks’s work includes nowadays designing beauty products, bags, jewelry and design projects. Next to work she is a pretty adventurous lady; horse rider, scuba diver, bungee jumper, snow skier, water skier, wakeboarder and climbing into the Grand Canyon. Her spirit and passion for these outdoor sports is what you see back in her lifestyle and designs, a strong connection with the tropical exterior of the Bahamas. Not surprisingly her books called ‘Island Life’, ‘Island Beauty’, and ‘Island Style’.
