A new Upper East Side apartment by designer Billy Cotton. A French interior design look with fabrics from Pierre Frey, Baguès chandeliers and real Jacques Adnet chairs. Have look inside!
Brilliant Billy Cotton
Rising star Billy Cotton is a young designer from New York, who has a degree from Pratt Institute and a Brooklyn studio filled with experimental pieces. Before that, he never heard of industrial design. Today his work includes architecture, interiors, furniture, lighting and product design. This is where he lives.
Raw Silk & Glass Chandelier
The library bedroom in the picture below includes a Verdure tapestry and Baguès chandelier, offset by Cotton’s own custom-made shelving. In the left you see a red Henri Caillon armchair in front of raw silk curtains by Schumacher.
Soft fabrics with vintage look
A living room with Art Deco curtains from Pierre Frey and two lovely 18th-century French chairs from Brownrigg in England and a vintage Oushak rug from Eliko in New York City. The fireplace mantel is originally from the Plaza Hotel, with light fixtures by Cotton.
