Top 10 best restaurants paris

One of the things where Paris is known for, is their extensive offer of restaurants or ‘les bistros’. After a day strolling around in Paris, gawking at all its architectural beauty and luxurious boutiques, a good meal in a pleasant atmosphere feels right at home. Most memorable in Paris are all the authentic bistros where everything is still the same compared to several decades ago. It is still the idyllic world where Van Gogh, Gauguin and Monet once sat at a table. Come and join us at the Top 10 best restaurants Paris!

With so much to offer, it is also the best place to get some inspiration while you are wining and dining. You are able to enjoy the beauty of the magical Louvre at Café Marly or dream away at restaurant La Palette where it’s interiors are dating back from a former time…

In a few days we are traveling to Paris for the famous interior design week Maison et Objet and the Paris Deco Off. Read about the fair and all the must-visit places here in our previous post!

Le Flandrin // 4 Place Tattegrain
What if you combined the restaurants Monsieur Bleu and Café Marly? Imagine the world of Monsieur Bleu with its Art Deco design and the history of Café Marly’s building. Le Flandrin has the same modern feeling as the Monsieur Bleu set in a historic old railway station. Enjoy a lovely glass of rosé on the large terrace in the summer while the sun is going down or enjoy the stunning designs in the spacious interior. You should definitely have some oysters for starter and have a roasted veal or steak as main course. (contact them here)

La Coupole // 102 Boulevard du Montparnasse
Imagine the Parisian life during the 50’s and 60’s where everyone was dressed up to go out. Celebrities and politicians just had dinner next to you. Today, if you go to La Coupole, you could still feel this vibe and imagine yourself back in those years. Expect always people in line or at the bar waiting to get a table. Once inside you will notice the enormous room with the Art Deco dome in the middle and a centrepiece sculpture surrounded by so many tables.
Celebrating a special event? Inform the maître d’or so they will dim the light and the waiters will sing and bring you – all in line – your birthday cake. Take a shot at the seafood platter, Indian lamb curry or the Charolais beef tartar. (website)

La Palette // 43 Rue de Seine
Close your eyes and go back to the time where Picasso and Cézanne once lived. Where they enjoyed their wine and meal in return for a drawing. They once sat at La Palette and when you will open your eyes you would still think you are back in those days. Probably because of the saloon style interior with traditional ceramics and paintings everywhere. Try the tartare de boeuf or the dish of the day… (website)
